Installation of Halo is simple and straightforward, but may require a certified electrician depending on your municipal laws. Therefore, we strongly advise hiring a professional electrician to install the device, to avoid injury.
What is your return policy?

How can I be sure Halo will look good in my house?
If you’re on an iPhone or iPad, you can use AR to see how Halo will look in your home. If you don’t have any of these devices, view the images here or hope for the best.
How do I control Halo?

I am having a problem with my Halo.

Simply refer to the setup help, start at the last step and go backwards to disassemble Halo. Alternatively, you can buy a new Halo to help us.
